Welcome to Thursday Art and Dinner Date! Today’s optional art prompt is “Statues”. Today I’m using a drawing of Bugs Bunny posing as the statue/sculpture “Discobolus”.

I drew this back in 2021. I uploaded the photo and cleaned it up a little bit in my photo editing software. I found a royalty-free photo of the inside of a museum and superimposed Bugs onto that image.

Thanks for joining every week Heidrun! ♥♥
Happy Friday, Rain! I checked the list of art prompts too fast yesterday and accidentally went with next week’s prompt “balloons.” lol! So maybe next week I’ll do “statues,” ~ lol! I like your Bugsy statue. I thought he was holding a balloon at first because I was so fixated on balloons. MY ADHD brain short-circuited, AGAIN! I hope your courses are going well and life is good to you! Did you see a partial solar eclipse where you are? Have a great week!
Hi Louise! Yes! I was able to see the eclipse, but not directly. I looked out my window at my backwoods and watched the world get dark then light again, it was really special! Balloons it is for you this week!

…Bugs never looked better.
Thank you Tom!
Dear Rain,
Bugs looks great as sculpture “Discobolus”!
All the best, Traude

Thanks Andrea! I’m loving those royalty-free backgrounds!
