This is a very easy recipe for vegan “chicken” seasoning that tastes just like regular chicken seasoning! This recipe makes about 1/4 cup.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (65g) nutritional yeast
3/4 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp celery salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp sage
1/8 tsp turmeric
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until you get a fine powder.

For a vegan chicken broth, add 2 tsp (about 6 g) to each cup (250 ml) of boiling water.
Store in an airtight container, like a Mason jar, on the counter. This lasts a very long time. When the flavors start to fade a little, it’s time to make some more!
